Afternoon folks! It’s taken us a while to get back to normality again after being away for 10 days. Partly wish I was still on holidays but I’m also partly glad to be back in a normal routine again. Anyway, here’s a little snapshot of our first weekend since being back in London. On Saturday, we explored a bit of Peckham, popped along to the Crafty Fox Markets held in the Bussey Building (which FYI is such an awesome venue!) and tried our hand at a few creative workshops there. And later that evening, my Turkish friends took me out for some amazing Turkish food followed by a beautiful acoustic night listening to traditional folklore Turkish music. Absolutely amazing!
Sunday was much relaxed, having swapped the marathon madness in the city for the rolling fields of Buckinghamshire! We visited the wedding venue in which my dear friends are getting married in and if you remember from my wedding inspiration post back in February, I can’t express enough how excited I am about styling their wedding! Roll on September! And, I’m also delighted that blogger and photographer Jo Crawford is joining force to capture their day! So the visit this weekend was for us both to get a thorough feel for the venues…..both of which are incredibly beautiful and idyllic. Jane Austen and Lord Byron can eat their hearts out! :)
Hope you guys had a lovely weekend too enjoying the sunny weather and hope you’re week is just as lovely! xx
